Returns

Please note that skincare, cosmetic, personal care, and wellness products once sold cannot be returned. Due to hygiene, safety, and quality concerns, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or used products.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are generally not applicable once an order has been delivered. We do not offer refunds for products after they have been shipped and successfully received by the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items verified by our team.

Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has been approved and issued but has not yet been received, please follow these steps:

  • Contact your bank, as processing delays may occur.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be eligible for refunds (if applicable).
  • Sale, promotional, discounted, or clearance items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or received in the wrong condition.

To request an exchange:

  • Provide clear photos of the product
  • Provide a complete unboxing video showing the package opening and product condition

Important

An unboxing video is mandatory for exchange requests.
The video must be continuous and unedited, without pauses, cuts, or modifications.
