CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of Product

Customers may cancel their orders prior to the order reaching the "Quality Check" status.

Prepaid Orders

Before Quality Check

  • Cancellations will incur a 3% deduction of the invoice or order value (whichever is higher) towards payment processing charges.
  • An additional 10% cancellation fee will be applied.

After Quality Check

Cancellations are allowed but will incur deductions for:

  • Logistics charges (forward and return shipping)
  • Restocking fees

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Customers may cancel the order before it is processed and reaches the "Quality Check" stage.

Cancellations after the "Quality Check" status or refusal to accept delivery may result in:

  • Restriction or removal of future COD order privileges

Policy Changes

RayuCare reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy, including pricing structures, at any time before billing for current or future transactions.
